My Vision for my business is ‘to help others truly experience the adventures life has to offer,’ and it’s with that in mind that I make this guarantee:

If after completing an adventure using my services, you do not feel like you’ve had the ‘time of your life,’ then I will provide your next adventure’s service free of charge.  After that and you’re still not ‘100% satisfied,’ then I will fully refund my initial fee.

 *Refunds will be for my fees only, not to include fees paid to Adventure Partners (outfitters, guides, etc.), travel expenses (e.g. airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation), or other trip costs related to the adventure (such as shipping/handling, park fees, …).
